Go!

George woke up at 5.50am, Daddy wasn't very pleased. Daddy and George played in the garden until it was time for them to go to Beamish. They went on the trams, a bus, had a long walk and then went for some lunch. George then had a very long nap, we had to wake him at 4.15. We all then went to play in the garden. George really enjoys pushing or driving his car down the side of the house and shouting 'GO'.

Friends for lunch

George woke up at 6.30am. Mammy and George went to Asda this morning and then went to Socatots. After Socatots Jacob and Isobel came round for lunch. We then all played in the garden until 2 and then George went for a nap. He had an hour nap and then played out in the garden with Daddy.

Saltwell Park

George slept in this morning and didn't wake up until 8am. This morning we went meet Jacob and Isobel at Saltwell Park. We had a lovely walk around and then played in the play area. We also saw some baby swans and geese. We then went to Jacob and Isobel's house for lunch. After lunch we came home, George was very tired and fell asleep quickly for a 2 hour nap. George had a lot of pasta for tea.

Busy few days

On Monday Gran and Grandad came to pick George up to take him to visit Great Gran, Great Grandma and Auntie Molly. They also played in the garden and Auntie Sarah and Uncle Mark came round. After a walk around Hardwick Hall they brought George home around tea time.

On Tuesday Gran and Grandad picked George and Mammy up and we went to Ikea to get George a bed for staying at their house. George was very pleased that we got a blue bed. We went to the Hilltop for lunch. George had his first afternoon nap in his bed and slept for 2 hours. After his nap we planted some cress we bought from Ikea, George kept wanting to water it. Then George helped arrange some pot pourri.

Today George and Mammy went to the Metro centre as it was raining. We bought George a new book 'The Gruffalo' and got another one free 'Giraffes can't Dance'. We came home for lunch and then George had a a three hour nap.

Picnic and walk at Gibside

George had another excellent night sleep and woke around 6.30am. This morning we met Jacob and Isobel and their Mammy and Daddy at Gibside. We had a lovely walk and then had a picnic. George and Jacob enjoyed having a run around and played golf and football. We left around 1.30, George had a long nap on the way home.

We then played in the garden all afternoon. George enjoyed squirting Mammy and Daddy with hose pipe and splashing in the paddling pool.

Good night sleep

George did so well sleeping in his new bed last night. He slept until 6.15am and then shouted for us to come and get him. George and Daddy had a lovely day out today. They went to see Nan and then they all went to the Metrocentre. George chose a present from The Disney store for being a good boy sleeping in his new bed. They then went to Pizza Express. George had some dough balls, pizza and then some ice cream. They came home around 4 and George didn't have any naps today. He was very tired when they got home and watched Cars.
