World book day

George woke up at 7am today. George and I had a trip to the Metrocentre. George was so good, he walked from the car park to the shoe shop. He sat brilliantly while we waited for his feet to be measured. He still doesn't need new shoes.

We went to Waterstones to spend George's world book token. He chose a Rosie the tank engine book. We then walked to the early learning centre. George had a lovely play with the Thomas train set. He waved goodbye to it and then decided he was tired so went in his pushchair. We went to the Disney shop and George shouted very loudly "to infinity and beyond" when he saw Buzz Lightyear.

We came home for lunch then George had a 2 and half hour nap. Then Julie, Jacob and Isobel came round to play. George enjoyed showing Isobel his Thomas trains. George and Jacob then did lots of running and squealing.
